Payment Types & Policies

Jenise's Paint & Sippy accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle payments. We do not accept checks or ACH payments. Payment must be made in full before any services are rendered. No late or half payments are allowed. In case of a payment dispute, all parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days. Invoices and receipts will be sent via email for all bookings and services to the email address provided by the booker.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Photobooth Kiosk Deposit

A $55 non-refundable deposit is required for Photobooth services.  This cost is included in the price listed on the website's store. If you choose to call and book services via phone, this payment must be made within 24 hours of the initial booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours after booking by phone the booking will be canceled

If a refund for any Photobooth services booked is requested the deposit will be deducted from the amount refunded and any administration fees associated with refunds. Please refer to the refund policies below for more information on requesting a refund for any services or products.

360 Photobooth Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for 360 Photobooth Services. This cost is included in the listed price on the website's store. If you choose to call and book services via phone, this payment must be made within 24 hours of the initial booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours after booking by phone the booking will be canceled. 

Please note that if damages are made to the 360 Photobooth Arm, Platform, or Recording Equipment by you or your guests whether accidental or intentional during your event, you will incur the cost of replacement for that item, up to the original price of said article of the 360 Photobooth that was damaged. You will be invoiced for the damages incurred.

Refunds

Refund Policy - Photobooth Services

 Refunds for services are issued after assessment by Management. The amount of any non-refundable deposits for services paid will be deducted from your refund amount, including any administrative fees. All remaining funds will then be processed and paid to you in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days from the approval of your refund for the refund to be processed.  Please contact your bank provider regarding any processing issues with your form of payment. If funds have not arrived in your account within 7-10 business days. Fund availability varies depending on your banking institution.

Refund Policy - Canvases

All Canvas orders are final sale. Once the order is placed you will be contacted to confirm and approve your artwork proof. Once approval for production of your canvases in finalized no refund will be made for any canvases damaged or not. Canvases that are ordered and mailed out may be replaced. No refund will be given for mailed canvases. The canvas that is being replaced will need to be returned to us and a replacement canvas will be issued. Please note that all of our canvases are handmade and customized.

Refund Policy - Custom Clothes, Shoes, And Accessories

All sales are final on all Custom Clothes, Shoes, and Accessories. You will be contacted regarding the proofing of your customized item. Once you approve your proofing, your item will be created. You cannot return any used or unused custom item. 

Refund Policy - Products sold on site

You may receive a full refund for products purchased on our site. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products. Once your return is received it will be assessed by Jenise's Paint & Sippy before any refund is issued. 

Waivers & Contracts

Upon booking services for Public and Private Parties, you will be asked to complete and sign a waiver. Please read the waiver thoroughly, we are not responsible for any misunderstanding of any waiver or contract signed by the booking party. You will disclose via the waiver if you permit permission for Jenise's Paint & Sippy to use the photos from your event for use in advertisements and content.  If you do not indicate this permission on your waiver, we assume all rights to use your photographs in any content or advertisement created for and by Jenise's Paint & Sippy. 

Please ensure that you go over all the details in your waivers and contracts for services. All waivers and contracts used are electronic and will be signed before services are rendered. A hard copy is available upon request. Jenise's Paint & Sippy has the right to refuse services for disruptive behavior, damage to equipment, threats, or posing a safety risk to other customers or employees. Jenise's Paint & Sippy does not discriminate and acknowledges the Unruh Civil Rights Act. The refusal of services would be based on conduct and safety concerns. 

Jenise's Paint & Sippy has the right to breach any contract if the following occurs:

• Disruptive behavior
• Threats to staff or other customers
• Intoxication
• Violating dress code rules
• Lack of payment ability
• Safety Concerns
   

Jenise's Paint & Sippy provides services indoors and outdoors. If inclement weather occurs, the services being intended to be provided may be allowed to be postponed or rescheduled without any penalty or additional charges, with reasonable notice. For Outdoor Events, an assessment will be made by Jenise's Paint & Sippy and the Booker as to whether the services should be rendered. If the services are conducted during inclement weather of any sort there will be no refund, postponement, or rebooking of services, as the services have been agreed upon and rendered to the booker. You would be asked to sign a waiver stating this as well at the time of service. Jenise's Paint & Sippy has the right to reschedule the service to a later date if weather conditions significantly impede safe and effective service delivery. Jenise's Paint & Sippy does not double book days or times and does not charge clean-up fees for paint and sip packages.  

A copy of your wavier and contract will be sent to you after your order has been placed and confirmed, to the email address provided during booking.
