What are your hours of operation?

How many people are serviced in a paint-and-sip?

Jenise's Paint & Sippy can service any number of guests indicated at the time of booking. When booking paint and sip packages the number of guests should be indicated in your order. You will be contacted via phone, text, and email to confirm the number of guests for your event. There is one canvas provided per guest. Due to the canvases being customized, unless you purchase additional canvases. If a guest damages a canvas during your session it will not be replaced. Please note that Paint & Sip Packages are Instructor-led.  Instructions are given before any paint touches a canvas. If a guest's canvas is damaged or a mistake is made during the session, the Instructor will assist in correcting the mistake for the guest. Remember there are no mistakes in art! There is always a solution.

Are the photos digital or printed?

All photo booths and photography packages include digital prints. These prints are delivered to the Booker after services have been rendered within 24 hours of the service being finished. Physical prints are offered at an additional price. You can add physical prints to your order in the store. Physical prints are provided as soon as the photo booth services are rendered. Each of your guests will receive their prints with your choice of custom frame that is included in all photobooth and 360 photo booth services.

Do you provide photo booth props?

Jenise's Paint & Sippy provides photo booth props and can customize them as needed for your event. Please note that I do not offer any type of Hats as props! The focus is on maintaining a clean, minimal aesthetic. There is a selection of diverse props included in the inventory. Check the store for add-ons. You can feel free to purchase any hats as props for your guests and would be responsible for the distribution and use of those hats by your guests.

Can I order canvases only?

 You can order canvases only. Visit the store and Look at the Custom Themes category and select the canvases  option that best fits your needs. All of our canvases are hand made. You will be contacted to confirm your artwork proof before production. 

Can I choose more than one design for the canvases ordered?

You can choose to have more than one design for your canvas prints. You will be contacted after placing your order to confirm your artwork for the canvases.  Please allow at least 7 days from the day the order is confirmed for production to begin.
